How It All Started

Back in 2018, I was working in corporate finance when a friend's café went under. Not because the coffee was bad or customers weren't coming — but because cash flow planning wasn't happening. That's when it hit me: brilliant business minds were failing because of knowledge gaps, not talent gaps.

We founded qualosreon to bridge that gap. Not with complex theories or academic jargon, but with practical, real-world financial education that actually makes sense for busy business owners.

Today, we've helped over 800 Australian businesses build stronger financial foundations. But we're not done — there's still too much good potential going to waste because of preventable financial mistakes.

2018

Foundation Year

Started with weekend workshops in Toowoomba. Our first sessions had 12 participants and ran from Marcus's garage office. Basic topics, but we could already see the impact on local businesses.

2020

Digital Adaptation

COVID forced us online, but it opened doors. Suddenly we could reach businesses across Queensland and beyond. Developed our first structured online courses during lockdown.

2022

Program Expansion

Launched comprehensive business finance fundamentals program. Added one-on-one consulting. Elena joined the team, bringing business coaching expertise to complement our finance focus.

2024

Community Growth

Reached 800+ businesses served. Launched monthly meetups and peer learning groups. Started seeing second-generation participants — business owners whose colleagues recommended our programs.
